  Chevrolet Programme To Improve Sales, After-Sales Services

PETALING JAYA, Feb 14 (Bernama) -- Naza Quest Sdn Bhd, in efforts to enhance its sales and after-sales services, has introduced the Chevrolet Complete Care (CCC) programme, in line with its nationwide expansion programme.

Naza Quest is the sole importer and distributor of Chevrolet vehicles in Malaysia.

Its Vice President, Farid Rosli, said the programme demonstrated the brand's commitment to dependability, quality and value for money.

"It aims to enhance customer experience is available for all Chevrolet customers in the country," he said at the launch of the programme here today.

Farid said CCC promised to deliver convenience, value, quality, transparency and peace of mind to Chevrolet customers.

"The programme is our personal commitment to you, your car and your safety when out on the road," he said.

The programme combines a comprehensive vehicle manufacturer warranty, car service, fully-integrated service operating system, roadside assistance and live chat customer care assistance.

Chevrolet's comprehensive vehicle manufacturer warranty covers five years, or 200,000 km, whichever comes first.

Naza Quest, which began its operations in 2010, currently distributes Chevrolet models which include the Cruze, Colorado, Orlando, Sonic and Malibu.
